Frequently asked questions about asking Netplan questions!

Will I be anonymous?

If you ask us a question, we’ll never divulge who you are or where you’re from.

Will you definitely answer my question?

Unfortunately, we’re not in a position to answer EVERY query we get, we like the idea of explaining how the “system” works with real-life examples from Netplan fans. We select questions that we think will be of interest to a large section of the Netplan community.

So send in a question and your’s might be lucky enough to be selected if we think the broader Netplan community will benefit.

Are there limitations on what type of questions you can answer?

It is completely illegal for us to talk about any particular fund as general advice – so we won’t.

We also won’t be able to answer a question that asks “What should I do next”. That too is specific personal financial advice and is illegal.

Imagine that it’s like dealing with an online Doctor that’s never met you or dug into your background.

There’s no way that doctor can dish out a prescription or refer you for treatment via 2 or 3 emails.

Is there some way that I can guarantee you will answer my question?

Our goal with Netplan is to keep it affordable for everyone. Regardless of their financial situation. In order to achieve that, we have to make it scale, so - at least at this stage - there's no way for you to guarantee that your question will be answered.

Can I share your Q&A's with my friends and family? I think they would find it useful.

Yes! Absolutely, we want to get this advice to as many people as possible so feel free to send them the article or forward the email to them. Hopefully they sign-up for our newsletter as well.
